Canceled Orders/Changed Orders/Additions to orders:
All orders are considered firm orders at time of placement.
After an order has been submitted it may not be canceled or changed.
Additions to orders will be handled as a new order and will be shipped and invoiced separately.
Freight charges plus a restocking charge of 15% will be charged on all returned goods.
Terms:
All orders must be paid in full before silk screening, embroidery or blank order is submitted for
Completion.

Shipping:
Method of shipment must be specified at the time of quotation.
Returns:
No return will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Printed, embroidered, decorated or washed garments are not returnable.
All claims of shortages, damages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Credit will be issued
for damaged goods after receipt of merchandise and review of damages.
Returns due to customer errors are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight costs.
All Outlet sales are final and are not returnable.

Catalog & Web Fabric Colors:
Every effort is made to insure that pictured fabric colors in our catalog and web site are as close as possible to the actual fabric color. Printing variations and individual monitor settings make it impossible to guarantee color depiction.
Garment-Dyed Apparel:
Shade variations are inherent in the garment dyeing process. Garment-Dyed goods should be washed separately before wearing. Do not dry clean.
Denim:
Denim garments may have slight color variations due to the unique washing process.
Fabric Weights and Content:
Published fabric weights are an average weight among neutrals, lights, darks and premiums. Ash/Heather colored products are not 100% cotton and must carry a small percentage of polyester to achieve the color
